It occupies of the person differently depending upon the 5 elements (space, air, fire, water and earth) synthesized in 3 dosha: vata, pitta and kapha.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it is executed using oil, dust, a silk glove, pastes, herbs or also nothing. One of the main functions of the ayurvedic massage is making the body canals stay clean. Its aims are multiples.
